Observation

The bleach and other cleaners are stored under the kitchen sink. The gate to the kitchen is not secured. Children have potential access to the cleaners in the kitcehn. In the bathroom, cleaners and many hygeine products were seen potentially accessible to the children on shelves and in the shower. Sunscreen, hand sanitizer, vaseline, lotion, "little remedies," and other items that say, Keep out of reach of children" were seen in the back bedroom. A lawn mower is seen in the large play area, tools are stored on a shelf under the stairs outside potentially accessible to the children. The toilet brush is stored in teh bathroom next to the toilet. A spray bottle was seen in the kitchen on the window sill not clearly labeled with its contents. The swiffer, vacuum and broom are stored in the kitchen on not easily cleanable flooring. The floor in the kitchen was visibly dirty and had foam pads covering it.
